Ekanban® at IPOL – Portuguese Institute of Oncology of Lisbon

BIQ Health Solutions has begun implementing the Ekanban® solution and consignment management at IPO – Instituto Português de Oncologia de Lisboa.

This model enables the management of clinical supplies from the moment they enter the central warehouse until they are consumed, ensuring stock control at every stage of the supply chain.

Our solution will help improve and digitalise the hospital’s logistics processes, increasing speed and efficiency and potentially generating savings of up to 10% of total consumption value.
