Nursing observations in the palm of your hand.

An app developed to support and improve the nursing documentation process through a portable device.

It allows nurses to record all activities performed, including assessment levels, parameter records, vital signs, and more.

These actions are carried out at the patient’s bedside, ensuring greater proximity and building patient confidence, while simultaneously keeping the clinical record updated in real time.

Explore the CareTRAC journey

By accessing CareTRAC, the nurse can view their patients and care plans, which are received directly from the patient’s clinical record.

CareTRAC receives the latest update of the care plan, including the daily activities to be carried out, and organises them.

  • The nurse identifies the patient by scanning their wristband and records the required information, which can range from simple confirmations and vital signs to complex forms.
  • These records can assess the patient’s level of risk and provide immediate feedback on their condition.

CareTRAC can also receive vital signs directly from monitoring equipment instead of requiring manual entry. It also allows previous records to be consulted on the mobile device.
