The process begins with the clinical prescription, which is subsequently received by the kitchen for preparation of the meal and the corresponding tray.
Plating and dispatch

- Association of the trolley with the destination department and dispatch
In the configuration with identified trays, the professional selects the department and the respective patients on the PDA, associating each tray with the corresponding patient during plating.
