- The nurse identifies the patient by scanning their wristband and records the required information, which can range from simple confirmations and vital signs to complex forms.
- These records can assess the patient’s level of risk and provide immediate feedback on their condition.
Vital Signs
CareTRAC can also receive vital signs directly from monitoring equipment instead of requiring manual entry. It also allows previous records to be consulted on the mobile device.
